| Various types of conflict scenarios are examined and the skills necessary to intervene within each are taught: 1)where I have a difficulty with someone and must bring that information to them; 2) where someone brings a problem with me, and I must receive the criticism and understand if; and, 3) where I am asked to mediate a conflict between two others.
Additional material about healthy organizations and successful conflict reducing patterns are taught. Of benefit to anyone desiring to lessen conflict in the home and workplace. Key Benefits
