Our courses incorporate the newest in teaching techniques.  All material is taught, demonstrated, practiced and then debriefed for optimum learning.

Some of our courses are available in two formats:

1.   Curriculum Style:  Course is taught at our training site and according to our schedule. (Marked "curriculum" in the fee structure)

2.   Agency Request:  Arrange for our instructor to teach the course to your company, agency or group.  Cost indicated will be a one-time charge for the course and all materials, regardless of the number of participants.  Travel and accommodation expenses will be billed separately. (Marked "agency" in the fee structure)

 
Anger Management (2 day course)

Designed primarily for the professional providing counseling in the field of anger management, this new approach brings a crisp, efficient resource to the counselor's disposal.

 
Communication Skills for Business  (2 day course)
Designed especially for those whose career involves the management of people.  This course will teach you the skills necessary to express concerns about performance, give constructive criticisms, and deal with the problem employee.
 

Conflict Management  (2 day course)

Various types of conflict scenarios are examined and the skills necessary to intervene within each are taught.  Additional material about healthy organizations and successful conflict reducing patterns are taught.  Of benefit to anyone desiring to lessen conflict in the home and workplace.

 

NLP: Neuro-Linguistic Programming (various course lengths)

Discover the difference that will make the difference, in business relations as well as personal.  A certification level course which will enable you to achieve optimum results in anything you do.

 
Strategic Communication Skills (3 day course)

Learn the skills used by the most highly effective communicators and discover the wealth of information available in any conversation. 

 

Visiting Skills  (3 weekends)

This course is designed primarily for churches who seek to establish a visiting team to listen to parishioners concerns and why they may have left active involvement in the church.
