Neuro-Linguistics represents a significant advance in the development
of human choice. It places at the discretion of the skilled and balanced
practitioner options for living with quality that were previously assigned
variously to fate, chance, genetics, accidents and divine influence.
Key Benefits
Increased flexibility in personal behaviour
Improved performance and health
Ability to maintain appropriate states and outcomes
Glenwood Associates has developed a new practitioner training that allows for
great flexibility with the student's timetable. Choice exists now to study
NLP unit by unit, at your own pace building toward certification, or to
"fast track" and take the entire certification programme in 10
days. As well, we offer one-day introductions allowing you to sample NLP
and decide if this is something you would like to pursue.
One Day Introductions:
One day introductions are designed to offer the individual an opportunity to
explore the model, theory and edit patterns of this powerful tool.
Participants can expect to sample edit patterns, anchoring techniques,
calibration skills as well as the general theory and practice of NLP
Practitioner Certification
Training
Practitioner certification requires
the individual to complete all 5 units of the training. Some units require
a prerequisite, otherwise they may be taken in any sequence, suitable to the
student's desire. Upon completion of 5 units, and successful demonstration
of skill during a "testing" day, a Practitioner Certificate will be
issued.
Course Description:
Unit 1: Basic NLP
The starting point
for learning Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Included in this unit are
representation systems, eye movements, calibration skills and drills, anchors,
modalities, choice points, maps & models, as well as the basic
presuppositions of NLP. This unit is a prerequisite for all other units (Prerequisite:
none)
Unit 2: Classic Code
The concept of
anchors and anchoring is further developed as well as teaching the classic code
sequencing for making changes in one's personal history. Included as well

information from different points of view, precision frames, agreement frames,
modeling and pattern detection are all included in this unit. (prerequisite:
unit 1)
Unit 5: Congruency

increased and two powerful congruency patterns are introduced. Goal
setting and achieving goals, outcomes, and "slight of mouth"

scenario for a Certificate to be issued. (Prerequisite: units 1, 2, 3
& 4)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming: Fast Track
This program is designed for the student who wishes to receive the
Practitioner Certification in the shortest time span. This training runs
continuously, building strongly on each day and achieving the required
proficiency quickly.
Timetable: A specialized timetable is used. The
course begins at 7 pm on the Friday, and concludes at noon on the second
Saturday. Evenings are involved with course work and reading. Contact
our office for full details.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming: Master Practitioner
Individuals
seeking Master Practitioner Certification must first complete the Practitioner
Certification programme. Glenwood Associates requires the individual to
have at least 18 months experience with the skills prior to entering the Master
Practitioner training. The training occurs simultaneously with the Fast
Track program, therefore students will be required to enrol in that course, and
work at their Master's techniques during the course. Students meet with the
instructor for additional time during the training. (Prerequisite:
Practitioner Certification, 18 months experience, Strategic Communication
