| This listening course teaches volunteers some distinctive skills to effectively hear the concerns of church members, particularly those who have left. Each skill will be demonstrated, practiced and then debrief to optimize learning. Additional material about organizations, faith development, transitions and group dynamics is included. Key Benefits
