Transition Management

Guiding a group of people through a period of change and reorganization is often a difficult task.  Since all transition periods have a distinct structure, knowing that structure and the accompanying dynamics to each phase of the transition time is a valuable asset. 

 

Team Building

A team is a group of people where each member in the group, while functioning independently, is seeking a common goal.  A team then, is like an employee – it has needs, wants and desires, and can express group emotion and behaviour.  Ensuring a strong healthy team ensures a strong dynamic company.

 

Conflict Resolution

Conflict can destroy a company.  Diagnosing, analyzing and seeking agreement from within the conflict is often impossible, thus utilizing our resources can ensure resolution is brought about.
