Our counselors use the latest therapeutic techniques found in the field of Neuro-Linguistics and will assist the client to create the context in which they can resolve past difficulties, unleash their potential and develop a bright and enriching future.  Our fees are very reasonable and we take new clients on short notice.

 

Chronic Issues

Private sessions for issues such as anger, substance abuse, depression and anxiety related problems.

 

General Counselling Services

Private, one-hour sessions dealing with personal issues related to living, such as the inability to achieve desired outcomes.

 

Trauma

Resolving past traumas involving sexual, physical and mental abuses, as well as post-traumatic stress disorder.

FEES:

Our counselling fee is $70.00 / hour for private sessions and $75.00 for family sessions

We are not covered by OHIP, but some insurance companies will accept our services
